This has been almost too much work. The Tomos has a bun Co of idly welds, seems, and a now unused hole where the factory intake goes inside of the frame. As well as tabs for the plastic intake, and engine cover. Well now it’s all smooth. I’m only Doing this side because I’m keeping the plastic cover on the other side since it covers the electrical mess.
I just finished applying the second layer of filler primer. I’ll probably sand and prime it at least once more before it gets color.

This’ll be the coolest Tomos ever. More effort than anyone here in ex-Yu has put into one.
There’s still a bunch of these around here, btw. The post office uses the “offroad version”
for deliveries still.
